My philosophy with Cinematography
Prepare
Gathering my ideas and inspiration is always a focal point when preparing for a photoshoot. I like to know exactly what shots I am going to capture before my DSLR even comes out of the bag. Preparation has always kept me confident in my photoshoots because I have set everything beforehand to be just how I envision it.
Execute
When executing photoshoots, I have always related back to the story I am trying to tell. My preparation is what keeps everything afloat and neat as I survey my settings and scenes before I take my first shot.
Experiment
While shooting photography, I always love to explore different focal lenses, lighting, and angles. Different from my execution, when I experiment for a photoshoot, I see it as a freestyle, a means to look outside the box and capture Ideas that come about on the fly.
